Join us for a panel discussion from the AF Young Trustees’ Thesaurus for Change series, where they delve into the impact of language in the architectural industry. In this segment panellists will focus on the theme of “Regeneration”, its associated industry jargon, and its various meanings, exploring how it affects different individuals and communities. The panel will include a range of voices from established industry professionals and researchers like Nabil Al Kinani to bright young minds from LSA’s EPQ Course.
WHAT THE GLASS-HOUSE WILL BE DOING
Sophia will be on the panel and asked to both unpick and challenge some of the industry jargon around regeneration. She will draw on The Glass-House experience to explore the impact of jargon on collaborative design and on the associated relationships between communities and design and regeneration professionals.
