The Glass-House is teaming up with Croydon Urban Room to offer a full day of gaming and co-design for children aged 10 to 13 and their parents/guardians during the October half term.
This free workshop will use a secure Roblox Studio gaming environment to introduce children to the design and co-design of places, and to create space for an intergenerational conversation about what we want from the built environment around us. Participants will learn to use the software by having a go at designing and modelling their dream home in Roblox Studio. They will then work together in teams to co-design spaces they would like to see on their local high street. Insights from the workshop will help inform future design and development principles for LB Croydon.
If you live, work or play in the Croydon area, come along and join the conversation. Find out more and book your free place here.
