The Glass-House is looking for an experienced communications professional to contribute to our work championing and enabling collaborative and inclusive approaches to the design of buildings, open spaces, homes and neighbourhoods.

About The Glass-House

With nearly 20 years’ experience of supporting people, projects and places, we are constantly exploring how we can continue to make a difference through our work. A vital part of this is effectively sharing our learning, revisiting past projects and bringing together our approaches and tools with the goal of making them publicly accessible to inspire, catalyse and enable design processes that put people at the heart of places.

About the Role

The post-holder will combine excellent writing with an eye for design, to lead our strategy for connecting with our audiences and sharing learning through engaging and accessible communications that promote the position of The Glass-House as a thought leader and innovator.

Experience of successfully delivering a communications strategy is a must, with the ability and confidence to communicate effectively with community groups and professionals and to handle a range of public enquiries.

This is a new role that we are recruiting, so we are initially offering a fixed-term contract for one year on a part-time basis, but with the potential to extend the role and contract further.
