Glass-House Chats are safe spaces to ask questions, explore ideas, approaches and methods, share learning and make connections. These free sessions, open to all who are interested, are designed to help build confidence and capacity in the sectors to engage communities in design and placemaking.

This publication summarises our fourth series of Chats, which took place from October 2023 through to June 2024. These sessions were chaired by The Glass-House Community Led Design, Jake Stephenson-Bartley, Sophia de Sousa and Louise Dennison.

At each session, we briefly introduced a theme and then opened the floor for an informal and open discussion among participants. To ensure space for meaningful discussion, places were limited to a small group. Following each session, key discussion points were collated and shared on our blog.

These key discussion points, summaries and reflections are collated in this Glass-House Chats series publication, alongside some of the voices from the series.

Our fifth series of Glass-House Chats is now live. Find out more on our events page here.
