Programme Manager
Louise joined The Glass-House team as Programme Manager in August 2022.
Louise is a producer and project manager with extensive experience of developing and producing large scale outdoor art which transforms public spaces. Working in a variety of arts organisations and across artforms, with a specialism in public participation, Louise’s focus has been on making these events and festivals accessible for all, working closely with local communities, schools and individuals to encourage genuine engagement.
Louise was previously Head of Learning & Participation at Artichoke and also Trigger Stuff with strategic responsibility for the learning and community engagement programme and producing large scale outdoor events and festivals including Lumiere Durham, Lumiere London, PROCESSIONS and PoliNations which was part of the UNBOXED 2022 festival.
