Summer Intern from CSM
Salsabila, better known as Alsa, has joined The Glass-House team over the summer months as a intern through her course at Central Saint Martins (CSM), where is she is undertaking the MA Narrative Environments course.
Alsa is a creative designer and multi-disciplinary storyteller. She has a bachelor’s degree in interior architecture from Universitas Indonesia and has experience as a graphic designer in a program initiated by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Indonesia. Her work spans from exhibition design, illustrations, Augmented Reality experiments, interior architecture, and graphics for printed and social media. She likes exploring new places and is interested in revealing narratives regarding cultures and everyday life. She wants to engage communities in Indonesia to participate in the design of public spaces and local heritage sites, and use the existing narratives in the environment, in accordance with nature conservation and sustainability.
